Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and MinskyAI Technology Limited. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.

MinskyAI Technology Limited is a company established in the United Kingdom. We work with our Hong Kong affiliate, MinskyAI Tech Limited. Together we run dual operations in the UK and Hong Kong.

These Terms apply to:

• this public website and its pages;
• trial, pilot, contact, investor, and related forms on this site;
• the Voice concierge (SYVA Product Concierge) on this website, provided for evaluation purposes only;

These Terms do not govern customer production deployments of SYVA (on the customer’s premises, private cloud, or isolated networks). Production is scoped under a separate order, master services agreement, or statement of work. Where that contract requires a DPA, see our DPA.

You do not need an account to browse most of this site. Requesting a trial, pilot, architecture review, waitlist place, callback, or other follow-up does not grant production access or a licence to run SYVA in your environment.

Access to pilots and production is reviewed by us. We may accept, decline, or condition a request. Staff usually reply within a business day; that is not a promised service level.

You must provide accurate information on forms. You must be at least 18 and using the site for a business purpose.

The Voice concierge lets you speak with an automated SYVA product agent in your browser. It is provided on this website for evaluation purposes only. It is not a customer production environment and does not grant access to production software or services.

• Your browser will ask for microphone permission; you may refuse and leave the call.
• We process live audio so the agent can hear you. We do not store the microphone recording.
• We may store a text transcript so we can follow up and improve the evaluation service.
• The Voice concierge may open on-page forms or diagrams. That does not change these Terms.

Answers are for information only. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a binding quote, SLA, or commitment to deploy.

You must not:

• use the site or Voice concierge for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• probe, scan, or overload our systems, or bypass rate limits or security controls;
• upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer the Voice concierge or related software beyond ordinary use;
• harass staff or other visitors, or submit spam or deceptive content;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a material way;
• use outputs from the Voice concierge to train competing models in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law;
• use the site if doing so would breach export, sanctions, or similar laws that apply to you.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with authorities when required.

“Your content” means text, voice (while live), transcripts, form fields, and other material you submit to us through this site.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and share it as needed to operate the site, respond to you, and meet legal duties — as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

The site, SYVA branding, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by MinskyAI Technology Limited, its affiliates, or their licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may view and use the public site for lawful business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape at scale, mirror, or commercially republish our materials without prior written consent, except as fair dealing or other mandatory law allows.

Personal data on this website is handled under our Privacy Policy, which addresses the United Kingdom (UK GDPR) and Hong Kong (PDPO).

The website and Voice concierge are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of information.

Product pages describe intended capabilities. They are not a warranty that a named feature, language, integration, or deployment mode is live for your organisation until confirmed in a signed engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from use of this website or the Voice concierge.

Subject to the same, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100) or the amount you paid us for website-related services in the twelve months before the claim (whichever is greater). Ordinary browsing and evaluation use is free; the £100 cap then applies.

You will indemnify and hold harmless MinskyAI Technology Limited and MinskyAI Tech Limited against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site or Voice concierge for maintenance, security, abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) continue after your use ends.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that forbids that choice, mandatory local protections still apply.

If you access the site from Hong Kong, you still agree to these Terms. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights under Hong Kong law where they apply to you as a consumer. This site is aimed at business users.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. These Terms are the entire agreement for use of this public website and supersede prior website terms on the same subject. They do not create a partnership or employment relationship.
