DeveloperHow it works
Capture. Insight. Follow up. Prepare. One loop on governed models — without operator runbooks or engine internals.
MeetInsight is a workspace after the room, not a live voice agent. A recording becomes a record people can act on. Transcription, insight, and minutes run on Data Nexus.
The loop
1. Capture
Bring the room in without making recording everyone's extra job.
- Upload — an audio or video file when the meeting already happened
- Notetaker bot — a secretary can join Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
- Calendar — connect the calendar, then choose which events to capture
Captured bot recordings wait for a processor. They are not mailed to every attendee as raw AI. See Roles.
2. Insight
The workspace is where the meeting becomes scannable:
- Speaker-labelled transcript, synced to the player, that you can search and edit
- Chapters so a long recording has named sections
- Action items with owners
- Talk-time and a mind map of the discussion
- Minutes from templates when you need a document to file (DOCX or PDF)
Minutes match how the organisation already files records — project, management, client, and similar shapes. Template names are settings in the product, not a public catalog of every format.
3. Follow up
Owners and actions stay visible after the call. Processors can notify attendees when the workspace is published — not when the bot leaves the call. People in the room get a clean package: insight, owners, and minutes if you filed them.
4. Prepare
Before the next meeting, reopen the last one: chapters, the mind map, and what is still open. The Meeting AI Agent can answer from this meeting or from knowledge you saved.
Built on Data Nexus
Models for transcription, insight, and minutes sit behind the same private control layer as Voice and Knowledge AI. Deploy and runbooks stay behind a pilot or architecture review.
